Due to our remote location currently we can only accept credit card payments via PayPal prior to your arrival- if you intend to pay by Credit Card please let us know and we will send you a link you can pay anytime prior to arrival. On location we can only accept cash (US Dollars or Colones)

Terms & Conditions

• Extra Person (per day) $10.00 plus tax (maximum of 3 people only in suitable Casita)
• TikiViilas is an adult oriented hotel so we regret that we can not accept children under 16 years of age
• Pets are not permitted (except for disabled guests)
• All prices are subject to change. Please confirm rates when making your reservation

• Check in at 2:00pm and check out at 11:00am. Occasionally other times may be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed by credit card, however this will only be charged if you do not show up or as per the cancellation policy below:

• Within 24 hours of confirming a reservation - no cancellation fee
• 30 days or more - no cancellation fee
• 10-29 days from arrival date - payment of 50% of rental booked
• 9 days prior to arrival date or no show - subject to full payment of rental booked.
• All Easter Week and Christmas - New Years (Dec 20 to Jan 5) reservations are prepaid with no refunds as well as no refunds on pre paid special rates
